These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the text message (SMS) program
operated by Dukes A&W Ent. LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your
mobile number and using our systems that require SMS verification, you agree to these Terms.

Program Description

Our SMS program delivers one-time passcodes (OTPs) and account-security verification messages to authorized users
for the purpose of authenticating access to our systems. This is a transactional, security-related service; it is not
a marketing program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity. You will generally receive a message only when a one-time
passcode or verification is requested.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please
contact your wireless carrier for pricing plans and details.

Opting Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will no longer send SMS messages to
you. Please note that opting out may prevent you from receiving one-time passcodes needed to access certain
systems.

Help (HELP)

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message for assistance, or

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective
