Just bought a trailer hitch and cargo carrier from Dukes A&W for my (little) Honda, and the customer support was top-notch! Tricky situation to get out of, because I needed to make sure my bike rack from a Subaru would also fit the new hitch. Dukes A&W has installed hitches and wiring converters on four of my vehicles over the past 20–25 years, and their customer service has always been outstanding. Most recently, I had a hitch rusted into the receiver after a long winter. They removed it, wire-brushed all the rust out, and didn’t even charge me.
