Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:
– Unused
– In the original packaging
– In the same condition as when received

In addition to these requirements, the return must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns that fall outside this window may not be accepted.

You’ll also need a receipt or valid proof of purchase. Please note, items should not be sent back to the manufacturer directly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following items:
– Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
– Newspapers or magazines
– Intimate or sanitary products
– Hazardous materials
– Flammable liquids or gases

Additionally, special orders are final sale. No return or refund will be granted unless the manufacturer approves it. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply based on the item type and condition.
