Z-WEB surface conditioning and cleaning & finishing quick-lok discs are offered with three different styles of locking mechanisms to provide fast disc changeover, with perfect centering of the disc to decrease downtime and improve productivity. Both surface conditioning, and cleaning & finishing discs feature an open web structure which reduces loading and conforms to the shape of the work piece. Surface conditioning discs are made with a reinforced backing, providing more durability than cleaning & finishing discs.
